  • Where do you sell cheering seat tickets?
    Tickets for cheering seats are sold at three campuses of Keio University: Hiyoshi Campus, Mita Campus, and Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC). The sales period for each campus varies depending on the year and season. See Sale schedule for details. In addition, sales may be canceled in the event of stormy weather such as an approaching typhoon. In that case, we will inform you on the SNS (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) of the Keio Waseda Support Committee.
  • If the match is cancelled, is there a refund for the cheering seat ticket?
    Even if the game is canceled due to rain, etc., the cheering seat ticket cannot be refunded. Please see here for cheering seat tickets for canceled matches.
  • Can only Keio students purchase cheering seat tickets?
    Anyone can purchase, not just Keio students.
  • Is there a limit to the number of cheering seat tickets that can be purchased?
    There is no limit to the number of cheering seat tickets you can purchase.However, it may take some time if you have a large number of items to purchase. Please come to the sales office with plenty of time in advance.
  • Is there a discount for cheering seat tickets?
    There are no co-op pre-sale discounts or group discounts for cheering seat tickets for the Keio-Waseda game.It is 500 yen per sheet no matter when, who or how many are purchased.
  • Will there be sales of cheering seat tickets on the day of the match?
    Saturday tickets and Sunday tickets will be sold at the stadium on the day only if they are not sold out. Tickets for cheering seats on and after Monday will be sold at the stadium on the day of the game if the match is held on Saturdays and Sundays. There are no pre-sales at Keio University campuses. In the case of make-up games, tickets will be sold at the stadium on the day of the game only if the corresponding day of the week is not sold out. In any case, if it is decided to sell on the day, we will announce it on the Keio Waseda Support Committee SNS (Twitter).
  • Do you sell cheering seat tickets by mail or online?
    We do not sell cheering seat tickets by mail or online.Please come to the campus where you are selling and purchase.
  • Can I change the date of the cheering seat ticket?
    Regardless of the reason, the date of the cheering seat ticket cannot be changed or refunded. Please check the date carefully before purchasing. If you made a mistake, please come to the store and purchase again.
  • Can I pay with a credit card when purchasing a cheering seat ticket?
    All sales locations accept cash only, and card payments are not accepted.
  • Can I enter the cheering seat with a ticket other than the cheering seat ticket?
    Cannot enter. If you want to enter the cheering seat, please be sure to purchase a cheering seat ticket.
  • What is the minimum age required for a cheering seat ticket?
    Purchase of a cheering seat ticket is required for elementary school students and above. Children under elementary school age need a cheering seat ticket only when occupying a seat. Please note that if you enter other than the cheering seat, it will be different from the above.
  • What kind of tickets are available for the Keio-Waseda game other than cheering seat tickets?

  • Can I drink alcohol in the cheering seats?
    Drinking or bringing in alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the cheering area. If you bring in alcoholic beverages, we will ask you to leave the cheering seats or dispose of all alcoholic beverages.In addition, drunken people may be refused entry. Also, you can drink outside the cheering seats.
  • Can I join people who arrive late in the stadium?
    No merging is allowed in the stadium. As a result, it will not be possible to reserve seats. If you want to join, please join outside the stadium before entering. Please note that once you leave the stadium, you will not be able to re-enter. Please purchase a new cheering seat ticket. If there are people who are late, we recommend that you watch the game separately or enter the stadium according to the people who are late.
  • Is it possible to enter after the meeting time?
    You can enter. However, those who have purchased a complimentary ticket will be asked to enter the regular cheering seat if they are unable to come by the meeting time. If you have not purchased a complimentary ticket, please see here for details.
  • Is there a division between the infield and the outfield in the cheering seats?
    There is no division between infield and outfield in the cheering seats. On the day, we will guide you to the infield seats in order from those who came. As soon as the infield seats are full, we will guide you to the outfield seats.
  • What is Priority Sale?
    Priority sales is the period during which tickets for cheering seats are preferentially sold to those who have collected dash Keio points. During the priority sales period, only complimentary tickets and priority sales support tickets will be sold, unlike the general sales period. When purchasing a complimentary ticket, 4 dash Keio points are required, and when purchasing a priority sales support seat, 2 dash Keio points are required. If you do not have Dash Keio Points, you cannot purchase a support seat during the priority sales period. Some years, seasons, and campuses do not have a priority sales period. Please note.
  • What are Dash Keio Points?
    Dash Keio Points are the points you get when you watch the league games of the Tokyo Big 6 Baseball League (excluding the Keiso and Keiso games) from the cheering seats. A stamp card is attached to the back of the booklet distributed at the time of admission. Please note that tickets other than the booklet's season will not be valid. In addition, points once used become invalid.
  • What are Complimentary Coupons?
    The complimentary ticket is part of the cheering seat ticket. Unlike normal cheering seat tickets, you can enter the infield cheering seat even if you arrive at the stadium late.However, if you arrive after the meeting time, it will be treated the same as a normal cheering seat ticket. In addition, when purchasing, you need 4 dash points for each card.
  • Can I purchase complimentary tickets only during the priority sales period?
    You can purchase it not only during the priority sales period, but also during the general sales period. However, if the cheering seat ticket is sold out, it will not be sold. Also, tickets will not be sold on the day of the match.
  • Where is the nearest station?

  • Where are the restrooms?
    The restrooms available before entering the stadium are in front of the Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium, next to the Seitoku Memorial Picture Gallery, and next to the batting center.Once the line starts to move, you will not be able to join, so please give yourself plenty of time to finish the restroom beforehand. In the stadium, please use the restroom according to the signage.
  • Where is the smoking area?
    Smoking areas are located near Gates 11 and 12 and Gate 13.
  • Where is the convenience store?
    There are several convenience stores between the stadium and Gaienmae Station, but it is quite a distance from Jingu Stadium to the convenience stores. We recommend that you purchase drinks in advance.
  • What time does the Keio-Early match start?
    The game starts at 13:00.
  • Can I enter the Waseda University side cheering seats?
    A Waseda University side cheering seat ticket is required to enter the Waseda University side cheering seat. Our committee does not handle Waseda University cheering seat tickets. Waseda side cheering seat tickets are sold at co-ops on each campus of Waseda University.
